The Flintlock Pistol is a weapon that does 40 damage per shot. However it does have damage drop off due to range.
When first swapped to, the guns area of aim will be larger causing more chance to miss. Over time the circle will shrink making the shot more and more accurate.
An empty pistol requires loading with ammunition to work.
The Flintlock has a durability system, requiring repair after 6 shots. It can be fully repaired for free by taking the workbench and selecting the repair button at the top of the menu.
After reaching zero durability the gun begins to have a 100% chance of misfiring, consuming the ammunition and durability, locking you into a short animation, but not firing the shot.
